During my career with University of Missouri Extension I have had many opportunities to design, develop, implement and assess research-based programs and conduct applied research. I have held several different professional positions along the way. Since embarking in the EdSp and PhD programs I have taken an approach to appropriately connect educational technology with community educational program needs. The following are some highlights that show skills in several design and development areas.

As County Program Director I am to prepare an annual program report to be shared with local government funders and stakeholders. I created an interactive flipbook to be shared digitally and on social media to give more exposure to our local programming efforts.
